Basic Pistol Fundamentals July 11th, 2025

This is a 1 day course where you will learn the basics to operate a pistol in a self defense situation. There will be a classroom portion to this class, where you will learn various use of force topics so that you will be ready to defend yourself and those around you. There will also be a qualification course at the end of the the day, where you will utilize everything learned in the course and receive a score. You will learn how to effectively clear malfunctions, proper grip of the pistol, proper trigger pull and how to use it in a stressful environment. 

Distance of the course will be up to 50 yards.

Required items:

• Pistol

• 500 rounds of ammunition 

• Eye and ear protection

• Quality holster, preferably kydex or Safariland quality

• 3 or 4 magazines

• Range attire: pants with cargo pockets, dress for the weather

• Baseball cap

• Please send me an email of what make/model firearm you are bringing. I can work with just about anything, but I want to be prepared with whatever firearm you have, to provide you the best instruction.

This course is set for July 11th, 2025, in Keno, Oregon. If after purchase, you are unable to attend this course, notify me within 30 days of the course and we will reimburse you.
